Contact your insurance carrier to set up the adjuster meeting if damage is present.
Inform your iRESTORE Project Manager of the meeting day and time. Your Project Manager will meet with your adjuster on your behalf.
When the claim is approved, an iRESTORE Project Manager will request a copy of the loss summary report and prepare your estimate based on insurance proceeds.
We will meet with you to confirm color and material choices for your project and request the down payment for project scheduling.
Project begins and is completed according to manufacturer and best practice installation specifications.
iRESTORE submits Certificate of Completion to your insurance adjuster for the release of supplements and depreciation to you.
Homeowner final walk-through and payment of final invoice amount.
